If I could give it 10 stars I would--for both the product and the customer service!! I have been practicing yoga for 4 years and I've been following Instagram yoga superstars for 3. When I first started seeing this mat pop up in their pics and videos, I thought the alignment lines were a great idea, but with my super sweaty (self and) practice, I always cover my mat w a towel and thought it was pointless. Then I saw the price and thought these people were crazy town. But since I started coveting this mat, I've spent 90 bucks a piece on 3 different mats. None of them offered what this mat does. Now...aside from the lines, they also claimed to remain super sticky, even through a sweaty practice, making the towel unnecessary. I thought that was absurd, and my other mats claimed the same thing and those claims proved false false false. But then I saw videos of people practicing on this mat, where the mat was clearly wet (it shows up the minute a drop of sweat touches it), and they were doing some pretty tricky/slide potential moves with no slipping. I decided to bite the bullet and ordered the pink one. No free shipping either. But I figured you get what you pay for. (I pay top dollar for my yoga clothes because they perform better. And I *thought* I was paying top dollar before for my top of the line mat--but seriously...in comparison, those mats might as well be the 10dollar mats you can get from a convenience store). Now, I eagerly watched my tracking--could not wait to get the mat. It was like Christmas in May!! The tracking said it was delivered, I raced home from work that day so the poor mat would not sit in the Florida heat for too long. I pull up to my house. No mat. I call Amazon, they check with the carrier and they confirmed delivery. I live in a gated community and really don't have issues w packages disappearing (but I will say, my gate has been broken 8 days a week for the last month). ANYWAY. Amazon confirmed delivery and contacted the seller for me. Seller (a woman named Aimie with Liforme) contacted me the same day. She said she'd confirm delivery w carrier and get back to me. At that point I lost hope, emailed her back saying Amazon already confirmed delivery and carrier says they left it on my porch. I figured at that point they'd say "sorry, move to better neighborhood, your neighbors are thieves." BUT THEY DIDN'T! Aimie sent me another one the next day! WHAT?! Amazing. 5 start service. Now back to the mat--I've used it 6 or 7 times now...wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke or there wasn't some kind of special coating on it that wears off and you're left with a slip and slide run way by the time you're no longer eligible for a return. This mat is the real deal. They could probably charge double. Seriously. I sweat a lot. And during very sweaty practices this mat keeps giving me the traction I need for proper form. It's hard to ground the outer edge of your back foot when it will slide off the mat if you lean any weight on it at all! This mat has changed my practice completely (already). I'm no longer finding myself putting all my weight on whatever body part can take it without sending me flying. Im more even, weight is better distributed, and I'm not constantly agonizing over alignment. I've also been able to practice at home without mirrors because I no longer need them for alignment guides!! (And I don't wanna put this beautiful mat on the gross studio floor either lol). Anyway, this mat is magic. It really does what it says it does. I don't know how I've gotten along without it. If you're on the fence, go for it. You won't be sorry.

Yes this mat is expensive compared to other mats. This is a heavy rubber mat - not a cheap foam one. It is easy to clean, the transport bag is a nice feature which you would expect at this price point. It is easy to clean and nice to use. No slipping! No smell! I did not think I would use them but the lines and marks on the mat are very handy to keep alignment for various poses. Hopefully it will last a very long time. NOTE - I went up to this one for the length and because I sweat. I am 5’ 10” and this length is just barely long enough. If you are much taller, get an even longer mat.

Has upped my yoga flow. Gripping but never sticky. Just the perfect thickness for me. I wish i had this mat when i started yoga because the lines and markings ate a guide to body placement. After 5 years of doing yoga, introducing this mat has now helped to center my poses and stability. Im a fan. I only wish i bought the multicolored ones. Maybe 5 years from now i will splurge on another one.

Just used it today for the first time and I cannot ask for more from a yoga mat.Used for vinyasa yoga, It's firm enough you can get great balance, the grip is awesome, It is impossible to slip on this. I love the pattern on it as it helped me balance throughout my session. It's brand new so it smells like tapioca which reminded me of bubble tea so made me a bit hungry but that's ok.

I love this mat, bag is a plus. Sticky for hot yoga and I don’t slip. Highly recommend this product, price is good. I have had several yoga mats and this is one of the best.

Glad to fing a mat with great thickness for comfort, great surface for grip and great alignment lines to promote attention to form...very nice brand yoga mat. I like the stable support it provides while other mats I've used stretched and slid which made my joints shift. There was a rubber like smell upon opening but it dissipated after I left it rolled out for a few days. The zippered carrying bag is so good - great strap too.

I love the color and it has a nice grip for a hot yoga.

This mat is amazing. The sweat absorbs into the mat so you don't lose your grip. The alignment lines are surprisingly what you need to move into a pose properly. I'm coming from a Manduka pro and the Liforme feels a bit more cushy. So far I am beyond happy.

Expensive but definitely a top quality product.

After a couple of months of toing and froing I finally bit the bullet and bought this yoga mat. What took so long to make up my mind was the cost. In the end I remembered that saying ‘you get what you pay for’.PositivesIt arrived a day earlier than it was due.There was no extra packaging, just the liforme box.The bag for the yoga mat makes it so easy to carry and the strap around the shoulder is well padded so does not dig into your neck.The colour is exactly as expected.It is a perfect size mat.It does not move around on slippery floor.My feet and hands do not slip whilst I have been doing a yoga session. This means I only look an idiot doing downward dog due to my lack or ability rather than my feet and hands sliding around.The markings on the mat help to make it easier to have the correct positions for your hands and fee.It’s easy to roll and up put back in the bag.Now for the negatives……………I will be doing yoga more as I am so happy with the yoga mat. This could actually be classed as a positive in my husbands eyes.If I could give more stars I would.
