Good quality for the price
I had bought an expensive mattress protector from the furniture store and this one is if not the same, very close to the quality of my old one. Fits very nicely and it’s virtually noiseless. Very good! I won’t give it 5 stars just yet, until my baby has another accident on my bed and puts it to the test.

Love it!
Fits the bed perfectly and helps keep my sheets in place. Doesn’t make a sound like some waterproof mattress’ can.

Waterproof and comfortable
It's not a full encasement, however, since it's covering a porch bed, the ability to breathe is good. The top is waterproof with a thick soft covering. It looks very well made.

Purchase as mattress protector only.
This protector is very thin. No cushion at all. Have not tested its waterproofing quality. Also do not notice breathability or coolness. It is noiseless.
