Good rubber weather stripping
Does the job as intended. Comes in 34 ft strip with screws. Size is sufficient for most double garage doors, mine is 16x7, so 30 ft is needed. Tape is for temporary alignment to wood frame then it needs to be secured by screws and ideally by plastic rails

It works.
Easy to install. Cut the top corners, don’t try to do it all in one go. My husband did this and couldn’t figure out why the garage wouldn’t close. I will say if you remove it to adjust it the glue will no longer stick.

this item did not arrive with all the parts that are advertised
this did not arrive with the screw caps as advertised. They are needed for a finished look.

Screw caps and tape not good
Screw caps were not very good, all different sizes in the middle, tape was not very good either. Quality of material itself was decent
