The lighters that I could find in stores all had plastic igniting parts and I needed one that had metal since plastic ones all seemed to stick if you had it lit for too long. I don’t have that issue with this one. Doesn’t stick and there isn’t a way to vary the flame size so I know exactly where the flame is when trying to light a smoke during daylight hours.

USB lighter works great. Butane... not so much.
I really like the USB arc lighter, it's pretty reliable and it will certainly start fire if you need it to. The butane lighter only ignites when the celestial conditions are just right. In other words, you might get it to light on the first click, or the 50th. Not exactly what you want if you've crashed your car in the country in the middle of winter and you're trying to start a fire to stay warm.
