Nice weather meter.
Pretty accurate device. The only issue is that the air temperature reading is slow to adjust when the winds are calm, especially if you take the device from inside a warm house out into the cold. Point the thermistor into the wind and the temperature will adjust more quickly. Update: I recently visited the summit of Mt. Washington and got to test this Kestrel meter. The altimeter and barometer adjusted perfectly as we ascended the auto road to the summit at 6288'. Works fine at 800 millibars and in strong winds. Altimeter matched the altitude marked on poles along the road.

First things first, the unit I received was most definitely used. Seems to be in great shape, but definitely used. No issues so far. I will update later this week whether it matches up to other kestrels at the range.
