For Chocolate: Perfection!
I'm obsessed, I have no idea how well these work for their intended purpose, but as a chocolate strawberry mold? Pure perfection. It took me a minute to figure out a good technique, but overall.... Easiest, most impressive thing I've ever done, can't recommend it more! My only advice is to make to fill the area of the mold you'd like to use first with a chocolate that has the right oil balance (so they're soft to bite into) THEN dip the fruit & place into the model. Hold for a bit or get it into a position it won't move from (works best with pointed strawberries), then let them cool out of the fridge to prevent cracks!Literally so gorgeous, definitely a little more time consuming, but absolutely worth it.

AMAZING
We are a full-service restaurant who utilize this product to service 300 people a night. We make them ahead of time, and these are the BEST. The ice is so beautiful and easy to fill!
