Used to be perfect. Quality has changed
I bought one a few months ago, queen size and firm. Took its shape perfectly and has been amazing. Dimensions are spot on and is very comfortable. Since then I've ordered two more but neither of them took their shape as they should, and dimensions are off too. I returned one and I have photos to compare the differences between the current one and old one. The new one is so much flatter it doesn't have the same bounciness and support I'd expect from latex. Support was not helpful the first time around so not sure where to go to find the original quality! Wish I'd bought two in the first place as I gave the original one to my husband, hoping to buy myself another.
