Looks and feels like great quality. It is easy to program your own combination of numbers. The cover does provide protection from the elements.

This is a very solid box with a cover to protect it from the rain. It requires a drill to attach to the side of your house. It does the job and allows my dog walker and cleaning person to access my house when I am not home.

I chose this code box over a regular rock-hide-a-key because I liked the added layer of security from the code requirement. It was easy to set the lock and easy to install. Took me maybe 10 minutes, and I used a hand screwdriver (instead of an electric one or a drill). I also really like the rubber/silicone cover over the number pad. It's pretty sturdy and heavy. Easy to unlock with the code. But here's my beef with the code...it doesn't require you to enter the code in order. If my code was 1234, the lock box would take 1234, 4321, 1324, 1423, etc. You can see how this would be slightly less secure than a coded hide-a-key that would only accept one code. That's why I gave it four stars. I wish this would have been stated somewhere in the product description. Anyways, it seems to work for now!

Setting the code is super easy, mounting just as simple. I put a screw in the middle, backed out a little too hang the key from, which definitely made it easier to keep in place. But we've had some bad weather in that time, including freezing rains, and it's held up so far

This key safe feels substantial and the outer cover is a plus, especially if it will be exposed to the weather. It is easy to program. The price is very competitive. I would definitely purchase this item again.

I like the unit. I was afraid because it felt flimsy and loose but it is quite sturdy. I like the fact the buttons aren't so tight and click solid because its harder to figure out if you have pushed the correct button (Meaning it would be harder for someone to figure out your code). Some other units I have purchased in the past if you pushed the button carefully enough you could feel a different type of click.Its easy to change the code and I like the rubber cover for outside installation to keep it protected from the elements.Overall 5 Stars.

After a few uses, one of the keys wouldn't press down and it could no longer be opened. Dangerous when our pet sitter was relying on this lockbox to get into our house to feed our cats. Even when it did work, it's awkward to close. And the rubber cover starting disintegrating after a few months. Now we are stuck with this thing on our porch with two key trapped inside. Don't buy this!

I like that this is very sturdy and the cover seems very protective. Once opened, the personal code was easy enough to set. HOWEVER, as a lady with long nails, I found this very difficult to open. Even once I managed to punch the code, the button to release is too small to easily open the unit. The reason you would be using this device in the first place is because you either forgot your key or don't know where it is and so trying to open this while already frustrated is not ideal. As well, it was also difficult to return the cover once it was opened and the key was retrieved.I really wanted to like this but it's just too frustrating to use as a girl. Hope this helps.
