sous vide bags
Having just learned about Sous Vide type of cooking, we experimented with ordinary plastic bags, which worked, but not as well as these bags with their own pump which really allows you to extract all the air from the bags . The result odf steaks cooked this way was marvellous - really mouth-wateringly tender steaks. Also the bags are sturdy enough that you can easily wash them and reuse. We are glad that we could buy them, as we have not seen them in any of our local shops.

Quality of product
Poor value for money. Have purchased better value product at same price with closures and excellent instructions for use. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
