CONS:1. I ordered peacock green. Received dark green which is unusable for my project.2. My first impression is that it’s sort of like crocheting with bias tape for those who sew and know what that is. Only this is not made on the bias.3. It’s pretty soft which for some uses might be a PRO. I can’t see how this would be stiff enough for a basket or hold up as a bag over time.4. Some reviewers mentioned it twists when worked, and although I have not completed my project yet, it does show that in the spooling process the product is folded over multiple times. This could contribute to the problem when being worked. You could possibly remedy this by rewinding it into a ball yourself, and untwisting/unfolding as you go.PROS:1. The first fabric or soft goods item I have ever bought made in China that does NOT smell or have a horrible strong odor. I’m very pleased about this.2. There appears to be the advertised amount of product on the spool.3. There are no visual tears, snags, or knots on the outside; color seems consistent so far.4. Could be perfect for a light rug or pillow cover.5. There is a slight amount of give or stretch to the yarn. This could be a CON for some uses. Be aware.

Thought it would be a regular size skien of yarn. To small for making blankets or cardigans. Not sure what to make besides small squares

I used 2 skeins to make a new bag for Spring. This was my first time using tape/ribbon yarn and found that there wasn’t much of a learning curve. It did twist a bit but wasn’t hard to unwind it. It is soft to the touch but had enough stiffness to it that I chose not to line the bag. I gave it 4 stars as it is a little pricey for the yardage received. I would buy this again.

I wanted to use something other than ribbons for the Christmas at Sea ditty bags I've been making and finding bulk shoelaces at a reasonable price wasn't working. This yarn / cording is perfect. There's a lot of it. It's soft and won't cut hands when in use. I will buy more.

I loved this yarn when I first got it. It was soft (compared to other very stiff, very hard to work with tshirt yarns) and the color was perfect. I enjoyed crocheting my project with it very much. The only problem? The amount of yarn itself.As you can see in the picture, the yarn itself is tiny compared to regular yarns. It’s also very small compared to other yarns of its kind.Based on the price I was expecting more product so unfortunately I won’t be buying more and will choose bigger quantity options

I've used this yarn several times now in varying colours to make purses. This colour is beautiful and vibrant!

I like this stuff. It's soft and when finished the product feels durable. I read a review saying it's wouldnt be able to make a purse with it but it makes beautiful purses!Picture to show the purse I made.

My mother-in-law used to do clothes hangers to make them not let your clothes get wrinkles. She taught me back in the 80's but I had not done them for years. Found this and it works perfectly.

The description said t shirt yarn but what I received was ribbon yarn.Excellent quality!
