Had a real good viscosity. Filling yet light. One of my top flavors. I top with fresh chive and fermented black garlic from TJ’s.

I’m astonished
I was skeptical having never heard of this brand. I did not have high expectations, but the soup is rich and flavorful. It doesn’t taste weird (which I fully expected given the extreme protein:calorie ratio). It’s actually delicious and pairs well with a low calorie wasa cracker. Easily 5 stars…
