Great item, manthorpe are quality products
The Item was good quality and very easy to install. When delivered (on time) by Amazon they claimed it was "handed to resident" Untrue, it was posted through letter box.

Plumber thought they were great
The media could not be loaded. I needed inspection hatches for the flue from my gas boiler to the outside. These turned out to be perfect for the job. My plumber said they were easy to fit and I think they look neat. I didn't want anything bulky looking. My plumber took the leaflet and said they would also be useful when needed for an inspection hatch for a stop cock.

A small, flush, access panel.
Fitted this to give access to water and waste pipes above our utility ceiling. It was easy to fit and unobtrusive. It’s worth noting that it’s not possible to use screws to fix this, I had to use No Nails.

Doesn't fit a hole of 150 x 200 mm as described
Excellent quality. However, it is advertised as 150 x 200mm; but in installation instructions you need a hole of 157 x 202 - so it wouldn't fit our hole in the tiled wall.

Excellent solution for access panel.
Used these as an access panel for inspecting central heating flue in a duct. Provided easy access for inspection and once fitted look neat and tidy.
