Arrived quickly. It is very expensive, wanted to try it vs others. The family agrees that it is very good, but it will have to be a rare purchase at the cost. Will go back to easier to find and less money basmati rice.

Works perfectly in a rice cooker

Ok, in fairness, I didn’t realize I was buying ‘quick cooking’ rice and that’s most likely the problem. The texture is NOT good; it’s like parboiled rice. Better texture than Uncle Ben’s but not by much—it’s spongy. For a premium rice, it is disappointing.

Receive but too small

Very happy to receive my favorite rice in perfect condition and most importantly, the expiry date is double what I've found in shops before. I've always loved the texture of Daawat's basmati rice, but chose the brown one as the healthier option. These 1kg containers will be recycled when I order the 5kg packaging next.

Quick cooking and rice becomes big and fluffy once cooked. Taste is good as well.

Purchased second time already. Good product. Delivered on time.
