Here's what's great about this large pill organizer: Stores 1 week worth of pills, has actual hinges, instead of hinging on a thin piece of plastic that wears out quickly, has relatively large compartments, and is clearly marked with the days of the week, and the AM, as well as the PM pills.Here's another way to look at it: Suppose your someone that only takes pills in the morning, or maybe someone who only takes pills in the evening. Maybe you're someone that doesn't take prescriptive pills, but rather takes over-the-counter supplements.This is perfect for either. You can simply disrgard the "AM" and "PM" notations, and run 2 weeks worth of pills.Even the latches that lock the individual compartments are better than most other organizers (that wear out quickly). I've used lots of these other ones, and probably have five, or six sitting around. They're waiting for me to figure out a way to repair them that doesn't involve duct tape.Lastly, this is being sold at a great price. I think it would be fair to say that this is about 40% less than what you'd see this selling for at local pharmacies, or department stores.Great choice if you're meticulous about your pill taking... or even if you forget all the time.

This is a nice pill holder. It's large enough to hold things like bigger multivitamins, fish oil, calcium tabs, etc. And if for some reason you need more room than one compartment, it has an AM and PM compartment for each day. The compartment doors hold securely, but are quite easy to open - shouldn't be a problem for anyone even if physically challenged or with arthritis.The markings on the lids is large and easy to read. The doors on the AM side are clear while on the PM side they are smoke colored. Another way to help visually identify pills even without glasses. If you don't need both AM & PM compartments for a single day, you could also use this for a two week travel period - with the clear side being week 1 and the smoke side being week 2, for example.

I use it for my supplements and let me tell you since I have everything ready for the whole week I'm definitely more consistent with taking supplements. Whereas before I only took them when I remembered or when my wife reminded me to do so. Now I just organize them once a week and I'm set. I keep them close to my bed so I don't forget to take them each morning and evening.It's a good quality organizer. The compartments work well and are big, they fit 8-10 tablets. The writing on them is clear, and even if it wasn't you know transparent/white is am, black is pm. It is quite big comparing to other pill organizers I've had previously and not sure if it'd be the easiest thing to pack for travelling, but in the same time it's not that bad. Also it's very affordable.
