Here is the story of how my magsafe ended up on my fridge, and was almost a permanent fixture: within minutes of opening the package and applying my popsocket, my daughter was curious and asked to hold it… then her intrusive thoughts took over. Before I could stop her, she stuck it to the fridge. It took me almost pulling a muscle to get it off! I would say that makes the product sturdy and reliable.

I recently got an iPhone 14 in the purple shade with a MagSafe case, so I got this base for my pop socket, the colors match very well, and it’s been nice being able to remove my pop socket and not have to take off my phone case like I had to with my old phone. I haven’t had any problems with it falling off, it’s a very strong magnet, I actually stuck it to my fridge and had to pry it off with a knife, but I’ve had no problems removing it from my MagSafe case.

This is the best pop socket base I have ever seen. Light weight and yet sturdy. Magnet is super strong, no way it will fall off of the phone. You have to slide it off of the magnet to release it from the MagSafe. You can use any kind of a pop socket or phone ring on it. I recommend getting a clear base and swapping out pop sockets that you like. The clear base allows you to see your phone case and it just looks better. I highly recommend this product!

You can't hold your phone by the popsocket while plugging in the charging cable but it's strong enough for everything else. Very convenient.
