Best Wheels for Street Skateboarding
These are my 2nd set of Dragon formula wheels. I'm a mature skater in my 40's and the hype on these wheels is real. I'm sold. That's why I'm on my 2nd set. They offer the cushyness of soft cruiser wheels with the durability and behavior of a hard street wheel. They slide without flat spotting. They're quiet rolling, but still bark with a power slide. My 1st set of Dragon Formula wheels were 52mm x 31mm when new. They are currently about 45mm after a year almost. I think these wheels wear down a little faster, but they do it evenly. These new ones are 54mm x 34mm. I went up in size to get more width. If I were a patient man (I'm not), I would have waited for Andy Anderson's new Nano Cubics wheels to be released. I'm still waiting for those, but in the meantime I've got my Dragons.
