Ok so im day 3 now. Following guidance on the bottle i took 5 drops 6 times in day one. And now by day 3 i am roughly on 3-4 throughout the day and i have noticed a considerable dip in cravings for things that would give me a buzz: caffeine or alcohol. Very interesting, could it be this product who knows!? But i am sticking to it so we shall see!

The first few days, I didn't see or feel a difference. Still kept tucking into boxes of chocolates when I would wake up in the middle of the nights. You also do not tast the liquid in the tiniest amount of water. So I thought it was rubbish. Was very upset. But then from the 4th day, I stopped wanting to eat chocolates constantly, I stopped having constant cravings for cakes and chocolate desserts. I still eat sweet things, but it is nowhere near the amount I needed to satisfy my craving. Now I can do with 2 biscuits a day and no chocolate at all. Or if I eat chocolate, I don't have this never ending desire to finish the whole box and order more. The size of the bottle, I thought... With 5 drops 3 times a day, this will only last 1 week. But I keep checking the level of liquid daily, and I'm surprised at how there is still so much in there. Will definitely buy again.

I bought this product with reservations and in the 1st 5 days did not happen anything but I increased the dose to 7 drops and my craving for sweet stuff is decreased so much. Finally I can stop eating those and keep my diet. Thanks a lot.

This seems to work, if you remember to use it! You have to mix 5 drops which a little water n drink it down,it wouldv better if you could just squirt it on your tongue as you've not always got a little bit of water with you, it's a handy size so fits in my bag, it would just b easier if it could be took neat. It tastes like alcohol.

Annoyed is an understatement, ordered this to help quit alcohol, when I received it. It has 27 PERCENT ABV!!!! as in, this has high contents of alcohol....WHAT THE F????
