I've used versions of this product for a few years. The first one cost $100. I bought one similar to this one, without the case or the nose pieces for about $35. This one is just as good as either of the other 2.These devises take time to master. You have to work with it, too much suction it can hurt, too little it can fall out. But once you get used to it its great.

Makes mouth really dry. There is a trick to the right amount of suction. Nose pieces work the best.

Works as advertised. Make sure that you have nasal passages are it might be tough to breathe.Looks like you have a pacifier in your mouth, but it does work.

Maybe I am not using it right, but it is way too big to be comfortable in anyone’s mouth

These are easy to insert and keep your nasal passages open during sleep. I feel more rested in the morning using these than when I use my sleep apnea machine for mild sleep apnea.
