Good product

I didn't end up using this but the packaging was good and the price fair

I am using this product for PMS symptoms per a naturopath. I've been using pills but wanted to try a different method. This mixes well with liquid (I mix with room temperature water, then add coconut water). I think this is probably a better delivery system than capsules.

I read about this supplement in Life Extension magazine which describes how hesperidin and Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract may optimize the activity of AMPK, an enzyme that is activated during times of restricted calorie intake. The reasoning goes that hopefully the use of this herb can prolong life in older animals due to similar effects to that of rapamycine, a drug that induces beneficial autophagy, specifically cleaning out internal fat stores to produce energy. After searching the extract I found this one on Amazon to be the best value. I just started taking the powder along with Gynostemma extract; mixing them with bananas or other fruits works fine--the taste is not intolerably bitter as is the case with some other supplements.

I usually come home to a glass of wine or three, but a dose of this powder along with some Gynostemma tea transported me to such a good place that I didn't feel any need to take the edge off my anxiety with alcohol. The combo mellows me out though I don't feel the least bit drowsy. I will try this combo again before work tomorrow to see whether it helps me better tolerate unrelenting stress and being taken totally for granted.

this is one of my best for up or down, it works for me two ways, gives me energy for working-out or it relieves stress for relaxation, good if you have a stressful job. i wish it was cheaper.

I was hoping it would help with anxiety like I had read, but I didn't get any relief with it.
