Mainly wanted to protect my 5 y.o. camera from water, which it did
I'm satisfied with one qualifier which will make people wonder why i am satisfied. The main thing for me was to be able to take my 5 y.o. TG-6 to scuba depths (around 23 M/ 70' so far), and snorkeling as well. On previous dive trips I have seen other people's high quality enclosures fail likely because of a missed hair or sand grain, and so didn't take anything for granted, but with careful attention I can say that this enclosure can work. The qualifier is something that I suspect is actually a fault of the TG-6 build: previous people have mentioned that the zoom control works for zooming in but not out. When I ordered and received this a few days before my trip, I found the same thing. However I noticed that the TG-6 zoom lever is not perfectly symmetrical (I think I had unconsciously noticed this before in regular use). The zoom out activates at maybe a tenth of a millimeter further off centre than zoom in. I was able to temporarily remedy this be gluing 2 layers of electrical tape on the opposite side of the foam cradle for the zoom lever. Unfortunately, as far as I can see the design does not provide for any adjustment for this, so I need to come up with a more durable solution now that I have more time.Apart from that, the most difficult introduction to the world of camera enclosures is figuring out a way to keep humidity and therefore later cold condensation out of the enclosure before closing it so that the lens port does not fog up (along with the alarm sounding when a droplet lands on the contact sheet). Air conditioning is your friend, but if not available, I made use of the fridge.I will need a light for better photos at depth (I'm not expecting to take this anywhere with less than 15 minutes bottom time is available, but the interesting stuff is often under ledges), but at this point I was just verifying that the enclosure would be worth it first.I didn't try the red filter. It's probably okay, but I figured on just adjusting colour in post. If there was a choice, I'd prefer a lens cap.In terms of results with using the TG-6 for scuba (and snorkeling), I found it quite good with video, which I really have never used elsewhere, while still photos require close attention with frequent misses partly due to movement in the water with bad light, and mainly due to having to think differently.

Reliably waterproof, but ditch the red filter.
I used this to take my TG6 scuba diving and it remained watertight to a depth of at least 70 ft. While the TG6 is advertised as waterproof, this is only true for swimming pools or shallow snorkeling. So you need a waterproof housing for scuba diving. But don’t use the red filter that comes with the housing. I did and also had the camera set to underwater landscape mode. All my pictures turned out waaaaaaaaay too red. I’ll try to fix this in Photoshop, but I was very disappointed with the results. Maybe the red filter helps if you don’t have the camera on the underwater setting, which is preprogrammed for color correction. I’ll never use that again.

Quality Housing, Red Light Filter Too thick
This has been a solid housing for my TG-6. I've taken it to depths of 104 ft so far and it hasn't leaked and it's easy to use underwater--no delays in pressing buttons or anything. Removed one star because the red light filter blocks everything, so you literally can't take pictures with it on the camera, everything just turns out red. I thought it was user error, but nope. So, that's the one gripe I have--want to find a housing with a usable red filter.

Evolution caisson TG5 vers TG6
Boutons de commande trop proches, impossible à manœuvrer avec des gants. Plus compact. Impossible de laisser la protection d'écran. Les joints plats de la vitre de l'objectif (fuite constatée) ont été avantageusement remplacés par un joint torique.
