Does what it says on tin - excellent in actionHowever - this was poorly packaged and was crushed either in transit or in the warehouse - the mesh tray legs had been pressed very had against the base tray and left four dints in the tray, which now warps very easily

I’ve bought quite a few of these products, indeed I replaced all my cookware with them. This is the only only I’m seriously disappointed in. After just one use I noticed that the coating was coming off the mesh. There are now some bare silver metal parts. Likewise the drip tray underneath. Just stroking with a damp cloth took some of the coating off. There are also large parts of the pan which have carbonised food baked on, or perhaps baked in, that won’t shift. Soaking, nylon brush, nothing removes it, except one or two areas where my fingernail seems to work. I’d suggest that the best way to use this is to put some aluminium foil as a tray liner, but really that’s defeating the object.The photo is after 4 uses. The underlying metal also rusts fast.

I didn’t know that I needed this pan, but now I cannot do without it. Makes my new oven features so much better. Air fry and convection! Things are crispy perfectly every time and clean up is easy too. I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone who asks. Also a good size for 2 or 3 people!!

This Gotham Steel Air Fryer Tray is as easy to clean as they say it is. I purchased the L and the XL sizes, and they work great if I need to use one at a time, or both at the same time. Cooks your food well. Great purchase!

Switched out our decade old countertop oven with an anova precision oven to try and consolidate appliances. The 13.4” x 11.4” size fits and has been working well for the air fryer setting. It's been pretty non stick so far and easy to clean compared to some wire/roasting racks that I have also tried. Overall this seems like a good option for many of the ovens with air fryer function.

Ok, so I completely blame myself for this one. I purchased this item, and it works as intended...however, I do find it to be very small. It came in a few different sizes and even though I saw 13"x11" (the medium size listed) for some reason I thought that it would be bigger. In any case...very good product, non-stick, and very easy to clean, but it would be worth buying the largest size offered.
