Lovely set of copper incense burners
These unique and decorative incense burners are useful as they are attractive. They can be used to burn various types of incense from cones to loose incense that burns on the small charcoal discs. Alternately, they can hold potpourri to provide a long lasting decorative holder. I like the two finishes; one is shiny copper and the other is a darker patina.

Beautiful but could use some improvement
This set of incense burners is really beautiful. They are pretty well constructed and have an antique-ish, steampunk look about them. When you're burning incense, I like the look of how the smoke comes out of the holes in the cover as it seems to concentrate the smoke. If you're using this for ritual purposes and need to carry it around, the wooden handle is perfect for this and really feels like it does whatever job you're using it for since the smoke stays concentrated under the lid. I have only used cones so far but I bet it would be great for loose incense, too. I did not have any issues with the incense cones going out with the lid closed. That being said, there are definitely some areas where it can be improved. First, the cover is too heavy for it when it's open as it causes the whole thing to tip backwards on to the handle. I used a little brass holder inside the bowl to set my cone incense and the weight of hthe holder helped it stay upright. You definitely need to make sure you're using something in the bottom to diffuse the heat; don't put anything directly on the bottom as it will get too hot and you can burn either yourself or the surface you set it on. If using a small piece of charcoal, a bit of sand in the bottom will help. Otherwise, a tiny holder of some type will do fine. The other issue is that because the heat and smoke concentrate when the lid is closed, the oils collect on the interior of the lid and, when there is enough, it leaks down the sides of the bowl, making a mess. I think just cleaning the lid off between uses will help.Do I still like them? Definitely - they are pretty and different from my other holders. Plus, I can carry them around for cleansing rituals. Do I recommend them? Sort of. They are a more high-maintenance incense holder but if that doesn't bother you then, go for it. They are a bit pricey but...they're copper so the price is expected. They could definitely be given as a gift.

functional and ornamental
I really love these incense holders. The handle is glued on well and doesnt allow heat to travel inot where your hand sits so its easy to handle. I also like how the top has a slight lose feel to it so I can single handedly flip the top up using momentum instead of my other hand. The metal is high quality and suited for high heat. The coal remains hot and lit and the incense smoke travels easily out of the holes on top. Sometimes I use it with the cap up as well to get more smoke release. Using these gorgeous pieces makes smoke cleansing my home feel so much more enjoyable. I now look forward to it instead of seeing it as a chore.

Nevermind the positive review I left before
I really liked their appearance and size. I thought these were a good deal. I got one for my house and gave one to a friend. Now that I've used it a few times, I'm really disappointed. These are really unsafe. I have mine set on a glass trivet-like coaster. Despite filling full of sand, they get scorching hot all the way to the bottom. This is a fire hazard at worst, and a risk of damaging your furniture at best. I'm going to get a different incense burner. Money wasted

Passed a Trial By Fire
I admit to having an unpopular opinion with respect to certain plant-based products that are inhaled. But this is a state where such substances have been legalized. Unfortunately some people, including my neighbor, believe this is an open license to send second-hand smoke billowing into my windows, poisoning my air. I dissent from that opinion and have been fighting back using air cleansing incense that I burn in a small censer. Sometimes that censer is too small to handle the plumes and it takes quite a while to clear the air. Not with these. The incense went in (bulk incense, not cones or sticks) and it burned a lovely scent that cleared the air of offensive, noxious, fumes and returned my space to its natural state. I did not need to re-light the incense, which is self-lighting, and it burned for quite a while. I was concerned at first that the holes only being on the top would result in not enough oxygen reaching the incense to keep it going, but it kept going, and going, and going. I would need some practice to burn bulk incense inside the house using these censers because of the amount of smoke that comes out, but I will definitely see how it handles a cone. I should also mention that I was able to walk around holding the wood handle without any issue. My only complaint is that they seemed used. The copper one had a grimy oil inside and the dark copper one had a flick from a flame having gone across it. You could also tell that they had been opened and used because they were wrapped differently. One had the handle sticking out while the other had the handle enclosed in the bag. Each was distinctively different, which really seemed to also indicate they were used. But I'm still happy with them and can honestly say they passed my trial by fire. That stink was all over my yard and house, and these censers were put to the test to see if they could handle the bulk incense that I use and they passed that test by cleansing the air within about 10-15 minutes. (For context, my original censer takes about 45 minutes to clear the same space and only the copper burner was going, not both.)

Very nice
I like these incense holder. Easy to clean. The size are big. The quality is good. They are thin material. The appearance is nice.

Almost Perfect
I live the design and the concept of these incense burners. The handle is a great addition, and they really are beautiful. However, there are flaws. The burners tips with the lid is closed, and the metal gets really hot. You need something under the burner, which sort of defeats the purpose to me. It also needs some holes on the sides for oxygen flow.
