PreSonus Eris 4.5BT – Totally Worth It!
I’ve been thinking about getting some decent monitors for my home studio for a while, but I didn’t want to spend a fortune. After checking out a bunch of options, I landed on the PreSonus Eris 4.5BT – great reviews, solid price.First ImpressionsWhen I turned them on, I was expecting just “decent” sound, but honestly, these little guys surprised me. Super clear highs, a nice open midrange, and the bass—okay, it won’t shake your walls, but for their size, it’s actually pretty solid. Definitely not high-end studio monitors, but for home use? Absolutely perfect. What I LikedSound quality – way better than expected! Everything is clear, no weird muddiness or distortion.EQ controls – actually useful. I tweaked the highs down -2dB, and it made a nice difference.Bluetooth – didn’t think I’d use it much, but turns out, it’s super handy for quickly playing reference tracks from my phone.Compact size – they don’t take up much space, but they sound much bigger than they look.Comes with isolation pads – small detail, but really helps with vibrations and improves the sound. What Could Be BetterThere’s a slight hiss at max volume. Not a dealbreaker, though, since I usually keep them at a reasonable level anyway.Final ThoughtsIf you’re a beginner producer, musician, or just want solid sound without spending a ton, PreSonus Eris 4.5BT is a great pick. They’re balanced, versatile, and sound way better than you’d expect for the price.Highly recommend!

Awesome
These things are the real deal. They sound great, plus they're not huge and overbearing. There's tons of stands and accessories for them online too. They changed my mixes for the better.

Balanced sound
Did require a bit of “burn in.” The bass was a little loose and tubby out of the box, but they’re sounding absolutely great. Compared them to a pair of Swan M300 and they really held their own given their price point. Especially if using for a smaller space, they’re an easy recommendation from me. The slight bit of white noise from the Bluetooth model is noticeable, but just, and hasn’t influenced my listening.

Great Sound and Easy Setup
These speakers truly live up to the good reviews.Setup was a snap and they quickly paired through blue tooth. The screwless terminals make the speaker to speaker wiring painless. The sound from these is better than I expected with a wireless connection. The zero settings on the equalizer are a little heavy on the bass but the bass and treble can be easily tweaked with the pots on the back of the main speaker. The stereo separation is good and there is no noticeable distortion at any reasonable listening level. The bass is solid but not booming and vocals and stringed instruments are crisp. The bass won't knock you out of your chair so add a sub if you want that.Overall I would definitely recommend these.

WOW! Just WOW!
Just got them and the sound is incredible. They go way louder than I need, too loud if I have them all the way up. The bass is booming but not too much to shake everything. I have my tablet plugged in with the aux connection and the Bluetooth paired to my phone. Connected in seconds. The app is pretty much useless, couldn't register my product on the website or app, but don't really care. GREAT PURCHASE.

Excellent sounding speakers
First of all I'm no audiofile. I had a pair of Edifier R1208Ts connected to my PC and loved them until I moved my home office and they would no longer receive a signal. After trying everything to get them working again I had to suck it up and buy new speakers. After doing alot of research in the $100 range I somehow came across this set that Amazon gave up to 40% discount for using Discover rewards. I was looking at the 3.5 version but the discount gave me no choice but to go with the 4.5 BT version. After connecting them and playing a game I decided to see what music would sound like. My downloaded Apple music playlists have some lossless tracks so I started listening and was noticing sounds I've never heard in songs I'm familiar with. I'm so impressed with the sound coming out of this set I find myself sitting in front of my PC just playing music and really listening for instruments that I never heard with the Edifier speakers. For what they are I can't imagine a better set of monitors for the price. If your expectations are realistic I think anyone would agree that this is a great set to use for your office setup.

They hiss all the time.
I bought these to use as computer speakers. Overall, I was pleased with the sound quality and I wanted something that has front volume controls as well as a headphone port.Sadly, they're going back because of one flaw. They hiss. It doesn't matter if there is an input source or not, it happens via bluetooth or hard wired. I can unplug the input cables and turn the volume all the way down. If they're on, they're hissing. Tried several different power outlets, some with/without surge protectors and other EMI filters. Hiss.If you used these for music only (well, as long as there are no quiet portions) and turned them off between sessions, they'd probably be fine. However, I work remote and I will sit at my desk 9+ hours a day. I planned to use them for meetings and music. If I had to hear that hiss all day, I'd lose my mind. Maybe there is a snake inside of them? We may never know.
