HNNHOME High Back Padded Swivel Executive Home Office Desk Chair with Armrest and Back Support, Height Adjustable, Faux Leather (Black)

I really like this chair, it actually came the day before the first day of the estimated delivery period which was great. The box is really heavy so I as a 19 year old 50kg female found it impossible to lift but my brother managed quite easily. It took me probably 10 minutes to put together, my instructions were right unlike those of some other reviewers which I was glad to see. The chair itself is really soft and comfortable, it's big without being gigantic, came with not a scratch on it and looks much better in reality because the back isn't all wrinkled up like it is on the picture. I have to bounce a bit to get it to go down because I'm not very heavy but a little bounce soon has it lowering. It moves around quite easily even on carpet and looks really nice, at the lowest point I can have my feet flat on the floor and at the highest they're off the floor and i'm 5'3. Also the back of the chair comes up high enough to rest my head against. I can see this chair being really useful for uni work because it's just so comfy and supportive and so smart looking too, literally my only little issue is the height of the arms, even at it's lowest I can't get the chair under my desk because of them so in a smaller room this might be a little problem.

Chair came quickly and was easy to put together - there was an issue that one of the holes underneath for the base plate didn’t have the metal ‘house’ to screw into, but this hasn’t affected the use of the chair.Very comfy, perfect for home office! Pleather is very soft and comfortable, padding is nice and supports well. Head rest is a little hard, but I’m sure this will soften with use. Up and down mechanics are solid and very smooth. Very happy!

Smooth delivery, arrived on time and well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow and I had the chair set up in little time.Nice chair. Bit basic in features but its a decent office chair. Chair height doesn't seem to be adjustable on mine (defect?) which is a pity, though the default height causes no issues for me since I have my monitor set up at quite an elevated position.The arms scuff very easily and are a bit flimsy. Wheels are a bit sticky too. Overall an alright chair. If you have the budget its worth going for a more expensive one, but this does the job.Still using this chair.

This is an excellent chair, I am a pretty overweight guy, so I always had problems with chairs, and finding one that can last me more than a month. I've had this chair for over a year now, and it is great, still pretty much as good as new, except for the arm rests which have warped a little to the outside because of my legs, but they are still comfortable.My biggest problem was always that the chair legs would often break from my weight, but this chair has Chrome legs which are really strong and can easily take my weight without bending, but the wheels that come with the chairs are just normal plastic ones, so I recommend that you fork out a little extra and invest in some chrome wheels if you are on the heavy side, because the legs may take your weight, but the wheels are just as weak as they would normally be and will easily bend and break after a while.

Update! been over a year (13 months )now and just started to have some issues, one castor broke just now and it has started leaning to the right a bit, even though I will have to replace it I think that for the price I paid you get what you pay for and to be fair it has been used 18 hours a day almost every day, if you take that into consideration it was still a good buy.

The chair itself looks good and was a reasonable price. But argh! I'm tall, so have it at the highest it will go (which is lower than may last chair) so I have a cushion on it to sit on! The main problem (and it's a constantly annoying problem) is that the chair, as you wheel around, gets lower, so you're constantly having to pull the lever to get it higher! Would never get one again, and feel I'll get so fed up with it will end up buying another one soon so hardly cost effective...UPDATE 12/7/16. So, not not only is the chair low and goes lower with movement, I now have another massive problem, meaning I have lowered the rating to 1 star.A couple of weeks ago, I was sat working, moved slightly, and there was a loud crack sound and the chair jolted. One of the castors has broken into bits. Bearing in mind I weight 9-stone, there's no reason the chair has been under any pressure!I contacted the seller, who promptly replied and said they'd send a new set of castors out. Fair enough, I thought, that's a decent service. I received them a few days later, and they were the wrong one so didn't fit in the chair!I contacted the sellers again, who apologised and said they'd send the correct castors out. A week later, still no replacements and still a chair which I can't use. Far from ideal when I work from home and spend most of my day at a computer!From personal experience, avoid this chair! Massive regret buying it, and it's far from the cheapest available.UPDATE 2 21/7/16Oh boy, am I a little persisted off about this flippin' chair and the seller. Finally received the 'correct' castors, only, they're not correct. ALL I WANT ARE SOME FLIPPIN' WHEELS, NOT THE ENTIRE CASTORS!!!!! I HAVE TRIED TELLING YOU THIS SELLER!!!!!!The rod is still in place where the wheel broke, so a CASTOR WITH A ROD DOESN'T HELP ME ONE BIT!!! I tried to murder new castors with pliers/sharp object so I could just have a flippin' wheel, but no, they cannot be dismantled, so I am still wheel-less,which is great fun when you try and move (no other chair - no other option but to continue using this flippin' thing) because it's always a surprise as to which way you're gonna tip. Even the cat had a surprise as she jumped on the top of the back support and slid off! (I have to say, though, this was quite funny, bless her!)I have contacted the seller again - I dread to think what I'll be sent next...So, not only does it lose height (oh joy), buy I also have to play chair roulette when I move to see which way I'll tilt! (double joy).Oh, and I am that cheesed off with this chair, that when I use the word 'flippin', it is not the actual word I mean...Grrrrr
