MASSCOOL 60mm Ball CPU Cooling Fan with Heatsink 5R058B3-H

Yeah, I purchased this as a sink for a sempron that I had lying around and wanted to make the power plant for a light duty HTPC... Well it does fit the processor, but the mobo that I purchased to put it in was new, so the sink was too small. It didn't cost me a lot and it does work, but I don't own anymore mobos that the sink was designed for, so it goes unused. My mistake more than the manufacturer's, I gave it 4 stars because it works (tested the fan on a powered mobo) So if you have an AMD Socket 940, 939, or 754, or A1 or 2 laying around and you need a new heatsink, this is your cheapest bet. I docked it a star for not mentioning that it only works for those sockets in the first place.

lol bought this for a amd 5000+ only thing is it`s too small haha but i`ll use it sooner or later. i rebuild computers so it`s no problem

I have this thing jurry rigged on my motherboard miner with zip ties and a lego, really. it keeps the cpu cool but it didn't fit the asrock n61ps motherboard I bought it to go with. other than that it works fine.

I got this to replace my wife's cpu fan and heat synch. After I figured out how to calmly get the old one disconnected, reattaching was pretty easy. Just place it on, secure it. Not only did it quiet my wife's pc, but it seemed to operate much quicker.
