I started using this product more than 40 years ago. I pray the product hasn't changed as much as the packaging.It used to have a dauber on a stick in the lid. not so anymore. after opening it, I was disappointed to note that the dauber wasn't there, and I would evidently have to buy one of my own. I used an old t-shirt instead. as I looked more closely, I see that the label says "dauber included." after looking more closely, I found that there IS one, loose, in the can. You need to dunk your fingers to fish it out. when you're done, there's really nothing else you can do with it other than drop it back into the can, meaning you'll have to fish it out again next time, and every time, you use it.what bean counter thought THAT would be a good idea??completely dumb. It's enough to make me consider another product.

I've used this on boots and it works great. Most recently I used it on a baseball glove that my dad gave me when I was 4. It's 60 years old, and in all that time the only thing I did to it was once when I rubbed a little neatsfoot oil in the palm - and that was like 45 years ago. I'm sure you can imagine how dried out the leather was. A couple weeks ago I gave it a couple applications of Nor-V-Gen and I'm truly impressed with it's affect on that old leather. It's ready to play ball again. Wish I could say the same for me. ;-)

The product was sent twice, returned once ,sent again. Both times it leaked in the carton, spilling out part of the oil. We love the product but the container needs to be sealed better.

I've done construction and agricultural work for 50 years, and this is by far the best shoe product I've ever used. The only downside for non-work shoes I've found is that it will darken most leather, but it will soften it and many times renew older leathers.

Plain and simple this is a must have if you care about your leather products. Waterproofs boots and softens leather. No doubt it has added life to the multiple red wing boots over owned over my 19 years in construction

I have a very old bottle of this from my parent's cabinet and used the last of the old green bottle that I had.So, I needed some more so I searched and found it on Amazon for the best price. This is greats stuff. At my Job I get my boots wet every day, and this stuff prevented any water from coming in. Since I treated my new set of boots with NOR-V-GEN Shoe oil waterproof conditioner no water penetrated, and they stay flexible.

Been using this product for many years to waterproof work/hiking boots. Re-apply only needed after many full days of work: shoveling, and hiking through tall brush, nasty stickers, vines, and wet creeks. The 8-oz liquid bottle lasts a long time. Easy to apply with included cloth-ball applicator. I like to let my boots 'dry' 24 hours after application, but did have a crew member use this on already wet boots and stayed dry the next day. This product seems more difficult to find these days. Glad to find it here.
