I had purchased earlier 2 times the units worked awesome. This time I purchased but not found the unit satisfactorily working as required as per units purchased earlier.

Service support from MEDGEARS is very good, they have replaced the machine within 3-4 days of complaint. How can Amazon allow brands to trade on their platform without testing their products. It didn't work for even a second. I asked for a refund or replacement but the seller told me to charge it. I did as was told but it still doesn't work. Now Amazon appears to have washed their hands of this transaction and the seller refuses to respond to my calls.
