Very pretty chrome balloons
Balloons where pretty and shiny. Don't know if opening was hard to open (via other comments) because I didn't put helium in them myself, my local foodlion did, and the staff didn't seem to have a problem with them, It took around 20 to 30 minutes for them to blow them up, I had 20 balloons

Sorry, at the moment I do not remember the cost, but these are very fun to use. Easy to blow up and tie. But the fun part is that with a few permanent markers well all got to write on a few different balloons and send well wishes or a picture. she turned 14 and was excited to read each one.
