Tea smells strong, acts strong, but is gentle on paint.
I love KC products. This is a must if you’re a detailer.

Another top product from Koch-Chemie
Another top product from Koch-Chemie. I have yet to be disappointed by anything they produce, everything is top notch, and this cleaner is no exception. This is a solvent based cleaner, so care must be taken when applying this to remove tar, kicked-up road paint, grimey chemicals, etc. You should also be in a well-ventilated area when using this, as well as at least wearing gloves. When it came to application, I had no issues getting some small tar spots out of my wheel well that were stubborn against APC cleaners. A little bit on a microfiber goes a long way, so this would last most people quite a bit unless you're using this in a professional setting. I see no issues with this tackling larger jobs of tar, kicked up road paint, etc. 5 stars!

Very effective cleaner from well established German manufacturer.
Koch-Chemie is a very well established and respected manufacturer of detailing products in Germany. Unless you've watched some of the YouTube detailing videos from European detailers, you might not have heard of them. They have been in business for over 50 years and are now being sold in the US by another well respected seller of detailing products. As the video indicated, Tea is Koch-Chemie' middle strength cleaner. It is solvent based, so precautions should be taken when using it.I had some stubborn road tar on my rocker panels that my orange based cleaner was not removing, so I was anxious to try Tea.As indicated above, some precautions are in order starting with using it in a well ventilated area. I used it outside, I also used gloves. Tea made fast work of the remaining road tar. I put some on a microfiber towel, wiped the affected areas down until they were wet with the product and allowed it dwell so chemicals could do their work. The road tar was removed completely with very little effort. I wiped down both rocker panels in their entireties, and the Tea removed gunk I didn't even know was there.I did thoroughly wash the car after use to remove any remaining solvent. I'd also suggest using Tea with old towels you are ready to discard. This is an excellent tar remover, my new go to product when water based cleaners aren't effective.
