Good quality, made in Italy of Italian glass, looked onlinne for one, I think I found one a LITTLE less expensive but with shipping, it would have been more, so again, it is Amazon for the win.

I ordered the 6 gallon size and it came in perfect condition with no cracks or anything. The glass feels thick and sturdy, and the design is beautiful. A water pump fits on top just fine. However since they’re made for 5 gallon jugs, the tube doesn’t quite reach to the bottom, which isn’t a huge deal. Now we don’t have to worry about plastic leeching into our water, and it looks so much nicer in our kitchen than the plastic jugs! Very happy with this purchase.

…. As advertised (see my title for reasons) so 5 stars.Side note: The bottles did survive shipping but the boxes for both the 2 bottles I ordered looked like Ace Ventura delivered them so it was a miracle.

Arrived intact despite very insubstantial packaging. I'm impressed by that fact alone. Kudos to Amazon staff... these things have been known to break if you look at them sideways.

Great carboy! Love it! Good capacity , Nice glass! The first one arrived cracked. Not enough styrofoam and I believe the amazon delivery put it upside down on my porch. Still a great product and they were very quick to pick up the only one and send me a new one. Love the fast replacement service. Impressed.
