It needs a top...
I've used this a handful of times and I can say, it works! It does rapidly cool my coffee which I love. This does need a top. It can be a plastic something, but it does need a top. It's a five star product, but... It needs a top. I've used this product several times and I can confidently say that it works! It rapidly cools my coffee, which I love. However, it needs a top. It can be a plastic lid, but it definitely needs a top. Overall, it's a five-star product, but the addition of a top would make it perfect. Okay, it's perfect for what it was created for, but it needs a top.

My replacement for the Hyperchiller. Highly Recommended by this Iced Coffee Fanatic
I received a HyperChiller as a gift and I thought it was the best thing made for my morning iced coffee...till it cracked. WAs about to buy another till I read the reviews. This was a common complaint in their reviews, cracking and leaking. So, I began to search for a non-plastic chiller and stumbled on this "Moragin Cold Brew Coffee Maker Instant Drink Cooler". I decided to give it a try...honestly, I was not too impressed since I liked the design of the Hyperchiller. Guess it just took getting used to.My Review after a couple of months: damn thing is great! After pouring my hot coffee into it...swirling it for a min then letting it sit, I get my cold strong iced coffee, and its easy to clean by just rinsing with water. Warning: it works too well, so don't let it sit in the chiller for long. I did this once and it started to freeze my coffee.

Cools warm beverage quickly
Not only does it work to make iced coffee- but it also would cool down a room temperature soda if you forgot to put in the fridge. It takes 4-5 mins and will make your room temp soda cold- (not as cold as being in the fridge but significantly cooler and refreshing. Keep your drink cooler in the freezer at all times ready to go add beverage of choice to cool within minutes and prevent exploding soda in the freezer. I would recommend.

Doesn't chill worth a crap
Buy one of these instead.HyperChiller The Original but NEW... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BNCKZFZF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareI froze it at -10F for over a week, kinda forgot about it. Poured hot coffee in it and waited like 15 minutes. Stirred it a few times. Luke warm. I let it sit over an hour and it was barely below room temperature. Now that hyperchiller bad boy I left a link to. Whooo it puts in work. It can get probably 20-30oz of hot coffee down to around 50F or a 12ish oz cup to nearly freezing. (Update: I got ice coffee stuck to the center cooling rod thingy)

Ice ice baby
I’ve been using this drink cooler daily for about a month. It works well for chilling relatively small quantities of hot liquid quickly; I make roughly 3 - 4 oz of coffee from an Aeropress and it cools it down in less than a minute. You can’t brew the Aeropress directly into the cooler because of the center column, and overall width of the container, but it’s a simple process to transfer it from another cup. It’s easy to pour and clean, and it’s totally self-contained.I previously used the other style of drink cooler you’ll see on Amazon, but that one was much more of a hassle. It required manual filling of water to freeze in two separate sections and it consisted of 4 components that never wanted to screw together properly due to the threading. By design, it wasn’t totally sealed, so coffee would get into the ice compartment, and melted ice would pour out the top. It eventually cracked due to constant refreezing and leaked everywhere constantly. This one is simpler by design and works perfectly.

Kind of works..
It does get drinks cold fairly quick. The issue is when you try to pour it out. It's practically a dribble cup. Half the liquid just flows down the side of it. You have to do it over a sink.

Does what it’s supposed to
Brew my coffee directly into it and it’s cold in a couple minutes. Perfect for busy mornings

Love it!
I knew someone had to have invented a coffee chiller. This is just what I was looking for in design.
