Tight but good value and solid IFAK
Depending on what you carry this IFAK pack is handy and resilient. Mine is pretty full but it is a very satisfying addition. Carrying tourniquet, Bleed Stop, Quik Clot bandages, compression bandages, gauze, meds, and smaller bandages.

Can fit a decent amount of kit
Well made piece of kit. I needed a multi cam print so I transferred my IFAK kit I to this one. I was able to get it to fit ok but as others said it sticks out a bit with the TQ. The stitching and quality are there for the price.

Well made but room for a very basic kit only
The interior half which has the elastic, horizontal strap lacks pockets, and does not open up to provide a pouch for storage. You'll need to be very selective about what to put into this kit and what to leave out. But it's very well made and its small size makes it convenient for attachment to the belt around your waist. It's also got two long straps at the back with button snaps for molle connection to your bug out bag, rucksack, or chest rig.Two patches are included -an American flag and a Red Cross patch. Definitely worth the money - especially with the included patches - and I would have given 5 stars if there were a little more space for medical supplies.

Well this thing is awesome
I love this it a perfect size pack.don’t think this is a big pack but it’s a perfect for my backpack and holding up good

Light ifak replacement
Shipping took a big longer than expected, but I wasn’t pressed for time and it’s the holiday season.Product is overall well made and strong. As you can see its a lighter shade of OCP(multi cam). The mag pouch is what’s issued, so that’s a darker shade.Happy with product, will not return it but can use it down range. I would use it for minimal medical storages since it does bulk up pretty quick.

Well constructed but to big when loaded up
Just like a couple other reviews said, when you have the pouch loaded and exterior tourniquet on the outside it sticks out too far (way too far). If it wasn't for that this is the perfect size just which I could move that to the side or remove the outside pocket.
