I have Multiple Sclerosis with extreme vestibular and dizziness issues. my doctor recommends I drink huge amounts of water to keep my blood volume up so I experience less dizziness. Having extra electrolytes and salt is an absolute must. I am also low income and most electrolyte mixes are extremely overpriced and do not go very far. This little jar lasts a long time and tastes so good. I actually like to water it down quite a lot, and the berry taste is still strong and sweet. The sweetness is just right with no aftertaste. I am also a migraine sufferer and the frequency has lessened since I started using this, I used to have 1-2 a week even with medication and now I am down to one to two a month. So, I believe it is helping quite a bit with maintaining steady hydration levels. The price is quite reasonable as I only need to replace the canister once every 3 weeks and I am drinking on average 1 gallon (yes, that’s right) a day. I have tried the lemon flavor and this is my favorite of the two. I would definitely try any new flavors in the future.

Good product and helps with electrolytes. Be aware it has a high potassium content that shows up in blood work.

stuff tastes fine, is cheap, and keeps you hydrated. downside is it seems that it doesnt all dissolve-- my guess is its anti-caking silica. you can shake it to keep it suspended while you drink it, but it feels like youre guzzling a handfull of mudpuddle when you do that. odd sensation.would love to hear back from the company if this *is* silica so I can just chug this, ignore that stuff, and move on with my day, rather than worry its some mineral that my body needs and I'm washing it down the drain.

Seems to do the job well enough. Has what I need and not what I dont. The Low Sodium is very nice. Only issue is it dont seem to fully desalv no matter how many times it's shook. And I'd rather a Gram of Sugar than atifificial . Other than that I'll keep buying it. Hard to find a good Electrolytes replacement that has All Electrolytes but low on sodium. Most are too high and I can't drink them so to water retention. So finding this was a nice surprise.

This product dissolves quickly in water, it tastes very good. It is not a high potency electrolyte mix, but it’s perfect for me. I’m very happy to have found it. As you can see from the photos, the jar is small don’t be alarmed. All of the product is there and you are provided with a little scoop that comes in the jar and mine was buried under the powder. The product comes with an aluminum safety seal on the jar after you take the lid off. This does not have the weird sodium taste that some other electrolyte powders hav . There is not as much sodium in it. So if you’re watching your sodium intake, this would be a good product for you.
