A solid item that will give years of service
A really heavy piece of kit. It has markings for size gauge and is very solid. Arrived in good time and well packaged.

Sturdy mandrel.
This is a really good quality ring mandrel. I bought this to use for making wire-wrapped rings. This mandrel is a nice weight & includes a full sizing spectrum too.

Great tool but might be worth getting the more expensive option
I bought this as a gift for my husband who was dabbling with ring making. It does the job, has a good weight about it, but I think a mandrel that has a stand might be a better option - it seems annoying/tedious to have to hold the mandrel just so in order to hammer the ring. Wish I'd spent more and gotten the one with the stand that you can use sideways.

Markings coming off
Nice and sturdy but markings already discolouring and looks like they wont last long (i would go for engraved markings)
