Upon first usage of this belt I was underwhelmed with the heat function, and the weak massage function. My oldest tried it as well and found the same problems, but this belt is better than nothing when having cramps.The heat is too hot on bare skin, but not warm enough over clothing. The device is smaller than I would like for cramping and can be awkward to position on my body, but the strap does fit well with plenty of length to spare around my 39" hips.The massage function can barely be felt even on bare skin.I do not care for the non-washable fabric backing this massager. For me, this didn't work well for cramps. It's too small and sits awkwardly at my waist. However, I pulled a muscle in my back kind of next to my shoulder blade and this was great for that. I was able to use it the way you'd wear a crossbody bag to keep the heated part right on that muscle on my back. It let me keep doing what I needed to do without being confined to bed with a heating pad.The massage function is pretty loud, and as someone with noise sensitivities I can't use it, but I could see how it would be helpful for other people. I also wish you could adjust the time before it turns off. 30 minutes isn't long enough, and I constantly struggle to tell if it auto shut off or needed to charge. It doesn't last very long between charges either.Ultimately, it's a nifty thing to have and I can make use of it. But unless I have no other choice, I'm going to reach for a regular heating pad instead.

Not the biggest fan of the build but it works just fine. All the heating does help cramps which is the main point. However it's no where close to being as big as it's depicted in the images. It's slightly smaller than an average adult hand and a bit longer. The LED display screen is fairly nice. Decent and works pretty ok.

I actually ordered this for neck pain. I have a spinal cord injury and heat helps when the pain is exacerbated.I like that this is portable and I can take it with me anywhere.It was comfortable for me to use on my neck and stayed in place better than a regular heating pad.I have used this several times and have had no complaints!

Used this for some back pain recently. I get more heat relief with a heating pad and more massage power from a dedicated massager, but this does a good job of combining the two with the main benefit of portability. Because it’s rechargeable you can use it anywhere without having to be anchored to a wall outlet. Handy little gadget to have around for aches and pains.

I enjoyed this electric heat pad. The heat pad quickly heats up within less than a minute and can be adjusted to your own comfort. I used to use a water bottle filled with water and the heat would cool down. This heat pad is portable and rechargeable. The massage is a gentle massage. I don’t want a tough massage when on my period and the gentle massage is perfect. The strap is adjustable and I’m thankful because I would not want the heat pad to be too tight when I’m trying to relieve a menstrual cramp.

So many more uses besides monthly cycles. Love how it easily stays in place.
