I actually bought these, hoping they would keep "that area" drier than normal, not for the period or incontinence issues. Even though there is an extra layer of padding and we're in the middle of summer, it actually seemed to work in this regard. I think these are comfortable and look nice. Was just slightly conscious of just a bit of a bulge with the extra padding. This makes sense, so maybe just wear appropriate clothing that won't point out the slightly extra bulk there. I actually wore yoga pants over them!

The material is soft and comfortable, the seam on the bottom liner takes some getting used to, I like the protection, it's a little tight around the thigh area, it protects the garment from minor leaks around tampons or pads when those unexpected When the surprise comes, it's amazing to wear them, I don't even need to use sanitary napkins sometimes, I just throw them in the washing machine and hang them to dry, no use to dry, no smell, they are absorbent, I'm so glad I bought them, they were as expected and fit great

For me personally, I need a bit more absorbency, and outwardly I can't smell a problem but when I go to the restroom and they are exposed the smell is overpowering. They fit well and are very comfortable.

im on day 3 of my period. medium to heavy flow. I got these to wear for overnight use, instead of pads. I had no issues. I slept from 11pm-7am. everything stayed in the underwear. nothing leaked on my bed. way more comfortable then having a pad on. I use tampons during the day, but the underwear could be worn instead w no issues.. they are comfortable, light weight.

No more leaky issues. Protect very well, feels like I am wearing normal everyday under garments, huge plus! They don’t bunch up and move freely with me throughout the day. I enjoy the coverage and protection provided. They do a great job of keeping you dry and you don't need to worry about having any accidents. The material is very soft and doesn't make outfits look bulky. The sizing is also very good. They fit just right without adding to the bulkiness. Happy customer.

Really pleased I got these! They’re comfortable despite being thick material, but I did size up per other reviews and I’m glad I did. I drive around for work all day, so knowing I’ve got this additional protection for those heavy flow days is freeing!

Bought these for a family member who really likes them. Says they fit well, absorb well and are comfortable to wear. Look just like regular underwear. She says she would buy more in the future when she needs them.
