Will this battery work for focil watch ?

If the watch uses a 371 or SR920SW it will work. You go by the battery size not the make of the watch.

Will this work with luminox 3000/3900

All I can tell you is these batteries fit the Swiss Army Calvary watches. Try to check on the Luminox websites

Could you tell me the expire date of this battery? Thanks.

i have a bunch of these batteries but they are still in their original packaging and I don't want to break them open to check the other side of the battery for a code date. I don't see a code date on the front of the batteries, just the voltage and the Energizer name. I installed a couple of them in some watches months ago and they are working just fine.
