After researching online how to use various pieces of kit to aari / tambour embroidery I came across a lady's review that went through the different types of holders, wooden hoops, frames, plastic etc. She showed the pros and cons of each. The one she favoured most was using pipe with the pipe clips. This product is very similar to it. The pink plastic fittings seem a little less quality but actually the frame works well. The clips themselves are difficult to pull off and I found pulling the pink fitting off to slide the clip works then refit the pink connector. You can use it either side therefore you can have larger pieces of work on the big part of the frame or flip it to the other side and use the smaller. I am really looking forward to working with it for bead embroidery.

This arrived on time as promised. A little awkward to put together but good and solid. It is a bit big for the project I wanted it for, it will be brilliant for a larger project. Well worth the money.

I have yet to actually use this frame as I am still in the planning stage for my next sampler - but I like the idea that this can support itself independently on the occasions I want to use both hands on the work! Obviously I cannot vouch for its longevity at this stage - I hope to be able to use it for many years to come

Brillant. I have previously used a floor stand frame but now with back problems have been unable to use. Very happy to find this as can use comfortably on my lap and have been able to take up cross stitch once again :)

I could not use this as the pink clips would not come off the plastic used is too rigid. This item was a waste of time

Très très bon produit pour le broderie, la toile tient très bien en place et l on peut broder sans se faire mal au dos !J ai juste limer les angles des barres clips pour pas que ça accroche la toile et puisse l abimer.Très très heureuse d avoir trouver une solution pour broder sans avoir mal au dos.
