BePuzzled | Squirrel Original 3D Crystal Puzzle, Ages 12 and Up

We have several of these puzzles. I have both bought them and received them as a stocking stuffer. They are very challenging to assemble and look great when completed. Not for small children as the pieces can be very small but very challenging for older children and adults. Lot of fun and frustration assembling them.

Cool piece. Online instructions were not the easiest

We have so many squirrels around our house, I thought this would be a fun puzzle. My husband got a real kick out of it and thought it was more challenging than he expected. I wouldn’t recommend for a young child. Looks really cute when completed and I’m going to buy more of them. Maybe the rabbit for Easter?

These puzzles are always fun and challenging to do..... made well, no missing pieces.....

There were no assembly instructions in the box so we had to look them up online, but it was a nice little challenge to put together.

I knew this one would be more difficult to assemble (and hey, it's a Level 3, so you expect that) but other than figuring out where to start and how to keep going, it didn't take me too long and it came out awesome. I was slightly disappointed that the magic crystal ball it holds in its claw is a cheap plastic ball (I thought it would at least be a clear marble to try to resemble glass) but then I remembered all of the pieces to these puzzles are plastic, so I guess I shouldn't have been so surprised. All in all, it does take some patience, because putting together animals that are long and the body goes ACROSS instead of UP does take some extra time and you have to hold it in your hand until you get to the point where you can put the dowel rod in to secure it. Also, fun note, the wings can actually move up and down once you're done! Really comes in handy when I am displaying it next to my other completed 3D puzzles. If the wings are clipping the puzzle next to it, I can just raise them up a bit. Awesome looking dragon! (I got the purple one). 5 out of 5 stars. I am sort of addicted to these puzzles, so they are probably much easier to do than for others.
