Usually most sponges that I've used previously are good to trash in less than one month, these ones I'm still using the same after 2 months.The absorbensy is great and the sponge is easy to clean.Could only wish that I've discovered them sooner, the amount of other non-biodegradable sponges disposed still bothers me.

The point of buying this item is to reduce the plastic waste involved in the usual foam plastic items. It was therefore extremely annoying that it arrived in a heavy duty polythene bag. Paper would weigh no more and take up no more space. Sorry I can't make an accurate star rating on the quality of the product as I haven't used it yet, and the review format forces me to enter these values. I was hoping for a more abrasive surface and the photograph appeared to imply that this would be the case. I'm not sure that "native wood pulp" is a particularly reassuring claim in China - we want to know that ancient forests are not being cleared no matter where they are.
