We got set of 4 stools. They arrived in two boxes. Each box had a pair of stools packaged in it. The boxes were heavy. All parts were labeled and packaged very well. Instructions and tools to put together were included. There were not many parts or steps to complete the assembly. However each chair took about 20 minutes on average for 1 person assembly. After the first one, the remaining were easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and make sure to choose correct numbered legs that face each other diagonally and also correct horizontal support bars that go in the lower slots and the ones that have to go in higher slots. Each slot in all parts were aligned very well and didn’t have to fiddle at any step.We had very little overhang on our counter and needed stools that don’t stick out too much. Found these that looked like they won’t stick out too much but we were worried that it’s not enough seat to sit on as they were not looking too deep. We were so wrong. These seats are not only comfortable but also give enough support for the back along with more than enough base to sit on. They swivel too. The swivel is so smooth. Also the horizontal bar on the legs for foot rest has extra plastic that is nailed on it is very smooth. It’s a nice touch to the chair and comfortable to the feet.The fabric is true color to photo. Very well made. Nail heads design give it a very nice look. We had couple spills and it was easy to clean. There is no pocket between back cushion and seat. So there’s no way for food to get stuck. The join is east to clean as it’s visible. Quick vacuum will get out the dried food.So far it’s been serving us well. It has been couple months and no Piling of fabric yet with daily use. Additionally the swivel is very smooth. Infact it’s too smooth even when we sit on it. Am super happy with how they look and how comfortable they are.

The media could not be loaded.  Wow, these really helped complete my kitchen look. These stools look great and they are comfortable and sturdy. They were easy to assemble and all the parts were correct with nothing missing. I especially like the fabric that is thick and shouldn’t wear out easily. I spent an hour trying to screw in a crossbar before I checked these reviews and saw that someone else had had a problem with the screw's socket being too far in. Once I realized that, I slightly lengthened the hole in the crossbar and was able to get the screw to fit.In another chair, one of the crossbars' ends isn't really slanted properly to fit well.FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Only loosely attach the legs to the base first, then attach the crossbars and tighten them up, and THEN tighten up the legs to the base. Otherwise, any existing problem with the crossbars may make them impossible to screw in.(Now that they're done, they look great, which is why I'm giving 4 stars, not less.)

Great sturdy chairs. Word of advice read directions. Legs were hard to figure out which goes where. Over a great quality chair

Ordered 3 stools. Upon delivery, one of the backs was broken. But, I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement within a day!! Overall, these stools are very comfortable! We love that they swivel, they are the perfect height for our counter and they are very sturdy!! We are so happy with our purchase and our guests love them as well! I never write reviews, but I had to this time because of the amazing customer service and quality product!

They look really, really nice at my kitchen counter. Worth the price.
