Helps a lot with my sleep.
I'm not really sure why but every time I drink this tea, I feel awake and alive to do activities along my day. It does have a taste that not a lot of people would like but I like to bring a peanut butter cookie that complements the taste of the tea. I'm defiantly a lifetime buyer for sure now.

The liver care tea arrived quickly. There is a small square with the English translation of all the ingredients. It is easy to brew. I look forward to a healthy liver, of course along with the other doctor recommended things to do.

My husband and I tried the daily Liver Detox Tea, it was definitely a good flavor (light and fragrant), but I really didn't see much of a difference in how I felt after drinking for 2 weeks.
