But I would say that this is not for those who are very tender or sensitive. This gives me that “hurts so good” feeling but I’ve always gotten deep tissue & sports massages so I can tolerate a lot. I need a sumo wrestler to walk on my back, it’s crazy, I know. Anywho, I find myself having to go slow & easy on this little bad boy cuz it’s STURDY! I can do a few minutes at a time but will hopefully work up to longer periods. I dig in ALL my knots EVERYWHERE with this little contraption! 🤤 I have such bad chronic neck & back pain, this thing has been a dream!! I also sometimes pre-apply Ice Blue Pain Gel & it’s given me sooo much relief! Wish I bought this sooner! Review: Just what I needed - It’s going to take a few tries to go through the manual. Use a pillow or cushion before trying the Soas directly in your body. It takes a mi Ute to get us the pressure but once you get use to it. You can feel the release. I used on my neck as directed and it completely release all the kinks in the upper and lower cervical region of my spine. I’m excited to start using for my lower back pain.
