This product has been a life changer for me. I feel less stress throughout my day, seems to have lesson the pain in my hands too. No side effects.

I take these because I have ADHD and I do notice a difference. Less so now that I’m medicated (non stimulant) but before there was a huge difference in ability to focus. I take two in the morning when I can remember. They don’t taste like anything unlike some other supplements I have. I’d say they’re a good value (I have reordered them). I have taken ashwagandha, l-theanine, and magnesium separately with no results so this supplement is awesome.

Works good

I was using this for sleep and anxiety and on those counts it worked but it has caused the most intense cystic acne and I had perfect clear skin before I began taking this! I didn’t connect the dots until over a week later and I cannot wait to get this out of my system but be aware that Ashwagandha can have this effect for certain people

Easy to take and a good blend.

I am closer to the age of 80 than 70 now and suddenly have developed sleep issues. Will go to bed tired, but unable to fall asleep. If I do fall asleep, I'll wake a few times in the night, which is so annoying. I am a runner/walker/exercise everyday/healthy person, BUT these new sleep issues are interfering with my healthy lifestyle. I tried to Melatonin extra strength and that works, but not supposed to take long term, so there's that. I purchased this Ashwagandha on a whim, when I was researching mood support and finally decided to give it a try after many nights with interrupted sleep. The very first night, I slept like a baby, way past my normal wake up time. Not really believing a pill could do this, I was skeptical, but took it the next night and the next night and the same results. SO wonderful waking up rested and happy and even helped with my crazy dreams, lessening those. I want to take this every single night for the rest of my life, because as we know sleep and rest is SO important for our health and well being, BUT, I will also speak with my Doctor as to whether he thinks it is safe to take long term. I can't stress enough how good it feels to go to bed, fall asleep and STAY asleep and not lay there ruminating about this and that. Now I am trying to get a family member to try it who has had sleep issues for years and will wake up at wee hours of the morning, totally unable to ever get back to sleep.

Scrivo questa recensione dopo una settimana di utilizzo. Questo integratore mi sta aiutando tantissimo. Il mio sonno sta tornando ad essere riposante e il mio stress si sta riducendo notevolmente. Io lo prendo la sera prima di andare a dormire perché se lo prendo la mattina mi mette troppa sonnolenza. Per potenziare l'effetto, quando sono particolarmente stanca, utilizzo la melatonina in abbinamento. Ho ritrovato le mie 8 ore di sonno, con pochissimi risvegli, ma soprattutto, rapidi riaddormentamenti. Consigliato.
