The only thing I would prefer is that the switch would have a timer. But I knew that before I ordered. It is a dark gray rather than black but it’s still pretty cute. I would order again. Cheap enough.

This is a nice lamp. It worked perfectly as a night light in our hallway where there is no plug. Unfortunately, it uses up the battery life quickly. We would have it on about 8 or so hours a night. The batteries lasted about a week. The last 2-3 days of the week, the brightness would get dimmer and dimmer. I recommend this if you are not actually going to use the light often and just use it for decor. Also, the on/off switch is on the bottom so you have to pick the lamp up and turn it over to turn on. Was not a huge deal to me, but would have been nice to have a touch on/off.

Lighting up small spaces.

The product description is incorrect. It specifically states the color is black but it is painted a matte grey. Very unattractive and not what I ordered. This will be going back.

Like the style and it's a reasonable price. BUT, it's more charcoal color than black (we wanted black), it's listed as a "Touch" switch which it is not - you have to pick it up and turn it on/off using a switch on the bottom, and I'm not sure if the bulb can be replaced - doesn't look like it. And under the "More Product Info" it says batteries not required, which they are. But this last item is pretty clearly spelled out elsewhere so wasn't a surprise. The color and lack of touch on/off were disappointing. And not being able to replace the bulb if it goes out is not good, plus no instructions were included. It's being returned.

I was afraid the battery compartment was going to break when I tried to open it because it wasn’t securely attached. The light was WAY too bright. It hurt my eyes when I had it sitting on the table on my porch. Cheaply made! I’m returning this tomorrow!

I like this light a lot, but when I first pulled it out of the box I thought is looked a little cheap. The decorative round metal cap at the top is off center and the ring that wraps around the outside is just a tad off. I think I’m the only one who notices, though.It arrives well-protected in a box, and I appreciate the the bulb is included. I had a hard time opening the door for the battery (not included) but ultimately got there. It's sitting on a side table and I've received compliments on it. If you look closely, you can tell that it's an inexpensive light but no one looks that closely other than me.Attractive, functional and at a decent price point.

This is a nice aesthetic price to add to my home, it’s simple and it works. The metal cage surrounding the light is sturdy, but the welds themselves feel a little weak, and the metal base feels a little thin. The entire light assembly come our from this bottom to allow for the change of the bulb with any other standard size or smaller bulb with an E-26 type screw in that you would like to put in there. I think this would look really cool would one of those Edison style long test tube type bulbs. It did come with a standard single LED bulb like you see in the product photos. Be sure to order AAA batteries, or be sure to have some on hand, because it does not come with a set.As an improvement, I would have liked the power switch to be easier to find while in the dark; since it sits flush to the bottom, and you can get the battery cover latch and the power switch confused when feeling around for it blindly in the dark.
