Easily dissolved , tasteless
It’s a good product , my mother suffers from severe chronic constipation and can’t have psyillium husk , because of the texture and taste . This product does not have a taste or texture , easily dissolves.

Highly Disappointed ☹️ Would have Rated Zero ⭐️ if an option was there
Though it was clearly dissolved in water leaving no taste behind. But, lacked the main point which is to help meet body’s daily fibre intake and promote bowel movements, and gut health… To me Psyllium Husk was the best and served the purpose. This trunativ fibre was a waste of money. I have purchased two boxed now I don’t know what to do with them as its been more than 4 days I am taking it but it is showing no/zero results! I don’t know how can the reviews be so positive if for such a product…. Its a zero star for me.
