The suncatcher/windchime arrived and recipient was very touched by the memorial gift. Photo was clear and engraving was correct. My only complaint was that once shipped, Amazon's tracking only gave an estimated delivery date and it did not arrive for one week following that date. Communication with Seller was efficient.

We have bought multiple of these for friends who have lost their beloved pets. Even when personalized, they ship quickly and have always come in pristine condition. The suncatcher part is plastic/resin but still decent quality. We love the array of options to personalize for friends and family, not only with dog breed and name, but also the suncatcher scene.

The media could not be loaded. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I paid $40+ for this produce that looks like it was crafted out of dollar store supplies. You can’t even read the name/date cause the textured glass, which I paid for “stained glass”, is such low quality. It looks nothing like the picture and the worst part is it’s non-refundable even though Amazon says it’s eligible for a return. Absolutely NOT worth the money I’m pretty sure a middle schooler could’ve made this and supplies cost no more than $10. Extremely disappointed because this was supposed to be a memorial piece for my dog that just passed away from cancer so this totally sucks! I waited over a week for this to made and shipped. Absolute waste of money, DO NOT BUY THIS!

I got this as a gift for my sister when her dog passed away. I haven't seen it in person. She said it was very nice, but I noticed in the picture she sent me that it appears there are sharp edges of the acrylic "stained glass" sticking out of the ends of the suncatcher. There are other areas that appear poorly finished. That was a little disappointing. Overall I think it is still pretty nice and there are a lot of options for customizing it.

The product was true to the picture. The quality was great.
