Best and Refreshing book!!!
This book is helpful in developing a positive mindset to handle lifestyle conflicts.First half ,majorly concentrates on developing a good thought process. Second half,givesvarious approaches on building physical strength. It’s entirely based on YOGA , contains few basic asanas with pictorial representation to grasp easily.Author specifies real life scenarios, as a guidance for the young minds to maintain mindful routine to be joyful. My journey through this book was lively. Best part in this book is that it gives ideas to attain healthy body with focused mind.
