I have purchased several of these over the past couple of years; I have them in 3 colors. When my foot collapsed leaving me with great pain I found these; I purchased some other similar braces but these were the best quality and fit. If you select the right size they are very effective. I still wear one every day to keep my ankle stable to ease pain from my foot. My ankle use to swell but no more with the compression. Combined with a good orthopedic, this seems to be the answer to my problem.

I have foot issues & bought these primarily because I needed compression support around the middle of my foot. I really like the Modvel brand, I've bought compression gloves, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves & now the foot/ankle socks all the Modvel brand. Their sizing is spot-on if you use their size chart, odor-resistant, washable, durable & affordable. The foot/ankle socks work well to give support to my foot, not to the extent I needed for that area of my foot, but they are made more for ankle support. Still, I have noticed some relief where I need it most, more down into my foot arches, the ball of my foot & the outside edge of my foot. These fit easily under socks and in shoes, so that added support helps. I like that they come in a variety of colors, they are lightweight, slip-resistant, easy to get on & off, and they're not as bulky as an ace bandage.

Work great. Easy to put on. Put on straps like seller suggested. My husband then puts on his regular crew socks over them. Works great for extra support while playing tennis or walks. He has weak ankles so this gives him added support and he says they are comfortable.

I use this on my foot pain and it works great. It is very easy to use - slips right into my foot and comes right out.

When I opened the package I pulled out the ankle supports and some straps. I looked for instructions but there weren't any. I went to their website and couldn't find instructions there either but I found a picture of someone wearing the ankle brace and found that I had put it on wrong. I needed to spin it around so that the circle with stripes in it was facing forward. I sent an email asking for instructions so that I would know how I was supposed to wrap my ankle with the strap. Someone replied almost immediately and was willing to help any way they could. They included a link to a video that showed exactly what I needed. They appologised for the trouble and offered to help if I had any other questions or concerns. This seems to be a very reputable company and wants customer satisfaction with their products. This is the exact opposite experience I had with a Powerlix ankle brace I bought. The brace does seem to help. I think the strap adds support and contributes to the support. It is very comfortable to wear. I had worn another ankle support before that had an open heel and it was tight and cut into my arch which was very uncomfortable. The Modvel ankle brace solves the problem with comfort and support.

My Achilles tendon gets a bit sore so I purchased this compression sleeve to wear while playing pickleball. It provides a great deal of support. Be sure to use the helpful sizing guide. My feet are big and my ankles are skinny, but I ordered accurately because of the measurement guide. Love that the sleeve is sold in a two pack as well.

Months ago I fell and had trimalleolar fracture of the ankle and dislocation. Immediate surgery, screws put in and syndesmostic repair. I was recently upgraded to weight bearing. Walking, and even just relaxing with elevation, the ankle had pain with an ache that wouldn’t go away. The doctor recommended a compression sleeve and these brace socks are what I went with. WOW!! The aching diminished half hour after I put it on. 4 days later, I’m walking around, with 75% less pain and much less aching. I feel confident with my workouts and I even used my air bike for the first time post accident. For best results, put sleeve on very shortly after waking up (before the swelling starts) and remove before going to bed. I also remove the sleeve when elevating my foot during the day. As for sizing, these seem right for me. Not loose and the compression seems decent. I’m a size 10 shoe, 6’2”, 230ibs with legs made for walking/hiking. I measured around my ankle and it showed 13”. I ordered the medium and it seems just right. The light is at the end of the tunnel! I can’t say enough about these socks for pain management. Highly recommended!!

I have very thin ankles. I bought one (different brand) from my podiatrist who said I needed these for ankle support. It was a small but too big. I measured and ordered a small as determined. Small is SO tight! It hurt to wear without socks. I wore over my socks and that's better but still too tight. I don't feel I can return these because I kept wearing them different ways; for different amounts of time and with different shoes. Still and always too tight. Too tight becomes painful. The quality seems good, I love the washability and design (which is why I bought them). Value for the money isn't great because I will have to purchase a medium.
