No it does not. I would buy a devices like the victron battery monitor to give it this protection

No in this configuration you will find you are only getting around 200 ah of capacity. This is because the battery not connected in parallel with another will discharge at the same rate as the two connected in parallel. It will be fully discharged while the other two batteries are half discharged each. It would be like connecting a 100ah battery to a 200ah battery.

Hello~If the input of your electric bike motor is DC, and the input range meets 42V (the worst 14*3=42V), then it can be used. There is nothing wrong with using 3 lithium batteries in series~thanks and have a good day

Yes. Not sure how many is the limit. The limit will be when you can pull too much power for the terminals to handle. 2 batteries will be no problem.
